Q: Can we buy our tickets in advance?
A: Yes, you can purchase your garden tickets through our website. Simply select your desired date and complete the payment. There are no set reservation times; tickets are valid all day.

Q: Can we buy our tickets only upon arrival?
A: Yes, reservations are not required. Simply go to the tea room reception to purchase your tickets upon arrival.

Q: Is ticket purchase mandatory?
A: Yes, for visiting the ornamental gardens. Ticket purchase is not required for the tea room and shop.

Q: What if it rains?
A: In case of light or sporadic rain, the Gardens of the Five Senses remain open. Nature is revitalized and all the more beautiful for it! There's no better time than after a light rain to enjoy the enchanting scent of petrichor! Bring a raincoat or umbrella to fully enjoy your visit. In case of heavy or prolonged rain, we will be closed. If you purchased your tickets in advance through our website, simply contact us by email or phone and we will be happy to transfer your tickets to a later date.

Q: How long does the visit take?
A: The ornamental gardens are designed to be a sensory experience, at your own pace, listening to your senses. Benches and swings are available along the way. For this reason, the duration of the visit varies considerably from one visitor to another. Those who are fit can complete the site in about 40 minutes, while other visitors sometimes spend up to 3 hours exploring the ornamental gardens alone. On average, visitors spend about two hours on site, including a tasting in the tea room and a visit to the shop. Pack a picnic and you'll enjoy a relaxing half-day in an enchanting setting.

Q: Are dogs allowed?
A: Dogs are not allowed as we grow edible flowers. Animal urine is toxic, and we cannot risk contamination of our crops. Thank you for respecting this rule.

Q: Can we have a picnic?
A: We warmly invite you to do so! A picnic area is set up under the oak trees for your enjoyment. Bring your own food and complement it with our floral treats, herbal teas, or lemonades available in the tea room. Visit the Menu tab on our website to see the available options for customized meals, which must be ordered at least 48 hours in advance. Meals are payable in full at the time of order.

Q: What food is available on site?
A: Our famous shortbread cookies with dried flowers are a highlight of the selection of snacks and pastries offered in our tea room. Muffins, financiers, brookies, and other delights are made especially for us by Atelier Lune. You can also order a custom lunch box, meal bowl, or gourmet platter. Visit the Menu tab on our website to view the available options for personalized meals, which must be ordered at least 48 hours in advance. Meals are payable in full at the time of order.

Q: Is alcohol available?
A: Our establishment does not hold a liquor license. Therefore, it is prohibited to consume alcohol on the premises. For private events, the applicable liquor licensing laws apply, and obtaining a liquor license is possible.

Q: What kinds of products do you have in the shop?
A: In our shop, you'll find the complete range of Les Jardins des 5 sens products, including herbal teas, dried flower petals, spices, and herbs, all grown using eco-responsible methods. We also offer a selection of fine local products, as well as a selection of Quebec-grown flower products. Our suppliers include:

Q: Do you welcome bicycles?
A: Cyclists are welcome in the shop and tea room. However, bicycles are not permitted inside the ornamental gardens. Bicycle racks are available; please bring your own lock. For cycling groups, please contact us in advance and we will provide you with a secure space to store your bicycles during the visit.
